Playing Up or Down in a particular age group.**Age up/down requests must be submitted every season.
The following information can be found on page 4 of the Operations Manual
under Special Requests. (Section IV. Operation Information)
If a child will reach the next age group cut off date on or before September 30 of the seasonal year, the parents or legal guardians of that child may request that the child be placed in the upper age group for play. Generally, if space permits, the club’s technical staff or his or her designee(s) shall have discretion to honor requests to play up.
Requests for age down will not be granted unless exceptional circumstances are present, such as a physical or mental disability.
The decision to allow a child to play up or down rests within the discretion of the Program Director and Technical Director in accordance with the above stated policy and the decision is final.
