Requests for Refunds closed now except for Injury related requests. These must be accompanied by an Injury Report submitted by coach and a doctors report.
For Recreation Program and Revolution Academy players, a refund or account credit of registration fees and dues, less any administrative fees (does not apply to account credit), can be requested and will be authorized for any reason until the date of the general membership meeting. Thereafter, refunds/account credit will only be granted for events that are out of the control of the parents or guardians and that are requested prior to the first game of the season, as approved by the Program Director. Requests for a refund/account credit because of an injury occurring before the first game of the season should be sent to the Program Director and must be accompanied by an injury report or a doctor’s note. If approved, refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment. Account credit shall be granted only for the season following the initial request. If a credit is given, rights to request for refund are rescinded. Credit is non-transferable.
All refunds/credits for Revolution Academy and Recreation registration fees will include a $15 administrative fee (does not apply to credit requests). Refunds requested for registration fees paid for by a check will take up to 30 days to process.
Refunds for Rec and Revolution Academy for the SPRING 2017 season will be granted prior to March 11, 2017 for any reason. Between March 11 and the beginning of league play, refunds will be granted for the following reasons ONLY: medical emergency, the parent or guardian has received military orders to relocate. (A copy of the military orders is required) or transfer to a Stafford Soccer travel team.

Refunds/Credits will NOT be made for:
- the Club’s inability to satisfy a player’s special team request;
- deciding not to play;
- practice or game dates/field locations; or
- Cancellation of games and/or practices due to inclement weather.
Refunds must be requested via the refund request form. An administrative fee of $15 will be deducted from all Recreation and Academy refunds; $25 administrative fee will be deducted from any Travel refund. Credit card processing fees will not be refunded.
