Futbol for Finn is a charity event for Finley Noah Blumenthal or Finn who was born on January 2, 2015. At his 19 week anatomy scan during pregnancy, his family learned that he had very complex heart disease and probably would not survive to birth. His family chose the name Finley meaning warrior and Noah meaning long lived and prayed he would live up to both.  

Since his birth Finn has had numerous surgeries including open heart surgery.  His last surgery and most complex took place over the summer of 2017 at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.  During the Blumenthal's time in Philadelphia, the Kolbe Fund helped support the family by paying for their hotel stay.  The Blumenthal Family, Colonial Forge and Mountain View soccer programs have come together to play a fundraising game to give back to the Kolbe Fund, which does so much for families during stressful times.
