We want to thank you in advance for learning and adhering to all COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the club and ultimately for your flexibility as we progress through the season. Please CLICK HERE to view the current COVID-19 guidelines.
In lieu of the normal indoor coaches meeting this season, we will have an outdoor, Equipment Pick-Up.
EQUIPMENT PICK-UP DETAILS:
- Saturday, March 6th 9am-10am, U12-HS and all Academy coaches
- Saturday, March 6th 10am-11am, U10 and younger coaches
- This will be an equipment pick up ONLY (no “meeting”)
- Location is the Stafford Soccer office parking area. 235 Garrisonville Road, Stafford VA 22554
- Head Coaches Only (or a representative)
- Please limit to one person only
- Staff and Board Members will be on-site to answer questions
- Your roster will be “live” online through your account by 3/6/21
- Expect changes to your roster and please check often
- A “virtual packet” will be emailed on 3/6/21 at 4pm
YOUR VIRTUAL PACKET WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Links to COVID-19 Guidelines
- Gwyneth’s Gift Hands-Only CPR Video along with “CPR Anytime Kit” to practice at home (available at equipment pick up)
- A video demonstrating how to set up a practice session from our technical staff
- A google form link for you to list your top 3 practice locations/days/times preferences
- Practice session assignments will be made on a first come first served basis as the google form is date/time stamped

- 3/15/21 First week of practices for REC
- 3/20/21 Jamboree (Academy only)
- 3/27/21 First weekend of games
- 4/3/21 No Games, Easter Weekend
- 5/22/21 Last game weekend
- 5/29/21 No Games, Memorial Day Weekend
- 6/5/21 Held for rain-outs
Practice Field Selection:
The selection of practice fields is challenging for this season. We have prepared a "Request for Practice Field" google form, wherein the head coach will provide their top three options. The link to the form will be in your virtual packet, which will be released to you via email at 4pm, March 6, 2021. The placement of practice fields will be on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. Please choose a field in your team's county quadrant. If you are unsure please contact [email protected] for more info.

If you are willing and able to take another team or know someone who is, please contact the coach coordinator at [email protected] as we are still in need of coaches for the following divisions along with the team's county quadrant:

- New and returning coaches are encouraged to attend
