Hello Registered Coach!  

We are currently building teams and assessing division registration numbers.  We will be able to let you know if we have a team available for you to coach by 8/13/20. 

A HUGE thank you for registering to be a volunteer head coach or assistant coach. We could not have a season without you.  We are very excited to get back out on the field and offer a place for the youth in Stafford and surrounding counties to enjoy the game! We have spent months planning the safe and proper return to soccer for our coaches and players as outlined in our email sent to all families on 7/31/20. In lieu of an indoor coaches meeting this season we will be having an outdoor, abbreviated Equipment Pick-Up!

EQUIPMENT PICK-UP DETAILS: 

• Saturday, Aug 15^th 9am-10am  For U12-High School and all Academy Coaches 
• Saturday, Aug 15^th 10:30am-11:30am  For U10 and younger Coaches 
• This will be an equipment pick up only (no “meeting”) 
• Location is Embrey Mill Field #4
• Head coaches only (or a representative) 
• Please limit to one person only
• Staff will be on-site to answer questions 
• Your roster will be “live” online through your account by 8/15/20 
• Expect changes to your roster and check often 
• Your “virtual packet” will be emailed on 8/15/20 at 4pm 
• Your “virtual packet” will include the following: 

• Links to all COVID-19 Guidelines 
• Gwenyth’s Gift Hands Only CPR Video along with “CPR Anytime Kit” to practice at home (available at equipment pick up)
• A video message from Mary Washington Hospital  
• A video demonstrating how to set up a practice session from our technical staff 
• A google form link for you to list your top 3 practice locations/days/times preferences 
• Practice session assignments will be made on a first come first served basis as the google form is date/time stamped
