The Stafford Areas Soccer Association, located in Fredericksburg/Stafford area of Northern Virginia is looking for coaches to work with and alongside the club’s Professional Staff in its Recreational, Academy and Travel programs as travel team head coaches/assistant coaches, clinic lead coaches/assistant coaches and team trainers.
 
Candidates should have a love of the game of soccer, playing experience (high school, club, college, professional), have the ability of working with players of all ages both boys and girls, must have high personal integrity be very reliable, and be able to pass and hold required background checks. Coaching qualifications are a plus but not a necessity as the club will provide training and help coaches obtain USSF/NSCAA coaching qualifications.
 
Coaching responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, running weekly team/clinic practice sessions, and coaching weekend games depending on your role within the club.
