Coaches, please find your expense report at this link.  Please print out, fill out, attach any necessary receipts and mail to SASA WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE TOURNAMENT.

Travel Expense reimbursement

The club will reimburse the Coach for the following tournament related expenses for approved away tournaments:

• Up to $125 per night for Hotel Expenses
• $30 per diem (meals)
• $25 daily mileage on travel days

Away tournaments are defined as tournaments played 100 or more miles (one way) from the SASA office located at 235 Garrisonville Road, Suite 101, Stafford, VA 22554
