Coaches Program U17 and U19
We would expect our players at these age groups to be able to perform all the fundamental skills at game speed and have a full understanding of the 11 a-side game.
We believe that at this age group the attitude of all the players is very important.
Practices will be set up so you play into one goal and work on one aspect of the game.
We would expect all players at these ages to have a full understanding of the following systems of play.

4-4-2
4-3-3
We understand that players in these age groups have other things that they have to consider such as school studies, part time work or social activities.
Coaches will be planning their sessions from the weekend games. They will take into consideration the number of players available to attend practice.
