The following clubs are available for the following age groups.
U8/U9/U10 The 50 club
U11/U12 The 100 club
U13 and older The 200 or 300 clubs
Any younger players are encouraged to try and join the 100, 200 or 300 age groups but the U13 and older are not allowed to join the 50 or 100 club.
The rules are as follows.
The ball must be stationary on the ground before starting.
You can only use your feet to juggle.
You can use either foot.
If the ball touches the ground during the juggle then you stop and start again.
If the ball touches the knee or the head during the juggle then you start again.
You cannot use your hands at any time.
You only get two proper attempts at each practice session.
Players need to practice as much as they can.
There needs to be two coaches watching to make sure it is done correctly.
There is no time limit.
The ball used must be the size/age appropriate.
Only the team coach can judge the attempts.
Players must be at practice when attempting the challenge.
Anyone joining the club will be presented with their juggling club tee shirt at practices.
Tee shirts will be available from the Travel Technical Director. Players should be encouraged to wear their tee shirts to practice sessions.
Coaches and managers are encouraged to participate.
Teams are encouraged to put the successful player’s pictures on their team websites.
Get the players away from TV and computers and get them to try and join the Juggling Club.
