Stafford Shooting Stars are looking for motivated and dedicated players born Aug 1998 to July 1999 for our continued growth and success. The Stars are finalists of the recent NVSC Fall Classic Tournament Gold Division and of the Dulles Tournaments and are playing in WAGSL. The team is coached by USSF coaches Rick Thoroughgood, Danny McLaughlin, and Tom Johnson and is professionally trained. The Stars will be training and playing indoors during January and February ’08 every Friday from 6-7 at the Fieldhouse. We plan on starting our outdoor practices in February ’08.

The Stafford Sparks Blue will be holding tryouts for players born after 1
Aug 95 on an individual basis beginning the last week of December. The
Sparks Blue are professionally coached by Eric Dutt, who holds a USSF "B"
License and is a player/coach with the FC Fredericksburg Generals.

The Sparks Blue are recent Champions of the CASL Shootout Soccer Tournament
in Raleigh, North Carolina and our spring plans include playing in the

Cup, the Virginian Tournament, and the Washington Area Girls Soccer League.

The Thunder is a premier team that competes in Divison 2 of the National Capitol Soccer League (NCSL), the most competitive league in Virginia.
