Recreation and Classic Division Tournament Requirements:  

All registered Recreational SASA players participating in VYSA sanctioned tournaments must possess a Recreational Player Pass. In order to obtain a Player Pass, please forward your official tournament roster to the SASA Office: Office@staffordsoccer.com or fax 540.657.1466, Attention: Heidi.

Rosters MUST be turned in to the office no later than the Monday prior to a weekend tournament. Rosters will be reviewed by the office, all registrants confirmed as SASA-registered players, and DOB verified. If a rostered player plays soccer for another club he or she will have to obtain his or her player pass from that organization.  If the player does not play for SASA or any other club they will have to register with SASA as a tournament player. Please call the office to complete this process 540.657.0734.

All completed passes MUST be retrieved from the office no later than Thursday prior to the weekend event.
