The following roster rules are in place:

 
All rosters are inclusive of guest players.

All participating teams may carry up to 5 guest players.

    All teams must have official rosters validated by their club. The roster must include the following information on each player:

• Full Name
• Birthdate
• Number

    In addition, any and all players must have player cards.

    Medical release forms must be carried as well for all players.  It is NOT necessary to have the medical release forms notarized.

All teams must arrive 30 minutes prior to their first game to have their materials verified. Any players without all information will not be allowed to play. Please double check everything before your arrival!

Please bring the following to check-in:

• Two (2) rosters certified by your club
• Medical release form for each player (they do not have to be notarized)
• Player cards for each player

Each player MUST have:

• Shinguards
• Water

The tournament is officially sanctioned by Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA):

October 8 - 9, 2011; SASA EXPLORER CLASSIC: Hosted by Stafford Area Soccer Assocation. (North); **UT Entry fee for U8 is $150; U10 - U12 is $250 and $350 for U14 and above; Entry deadline is September 23, 2011 (payments postmarked by September 24, 2011); Club & Recreational Teams with up to 5 guest players.
