Stafford Soccer would like to invite you to participate in the Community Give, on Tuesday, May 3rd.
What is The Community Give? It is the day your charitable gift can do the most good for our non-profit organization, Stafford Soccer! There is $100,000 in prizes available throughout this day of giving from The Community Foundation of the Rappahannock River Region and their generous sponsors. On Give Day, your gift of up to or exceeding $25 may help Stafford Soccer earn cash prizes!
When - Tuesday May 3, 2016 12:00 am to midnight.
Why - to allow the club to maximize awareness of our current mission; to build club-owned fields on our property, to offer increased financial aid to those in need, to award college scholarships to our amazing student-athletes and continue to enhance our TopSoccer program. In 2015 we gave 10,000 in college scholarships and 27,000 in financial aid to players that otherwise would not have been able to play the beautiful game.

Our Main OBJECTIVE:
Club owned fields- We continue our focus of building fields to benefit our players and our Stafford County community along with creating a venue for our annual St. Patrick’s Day Tournament. Through some very hard work by our Board Secretary, we have an estimated cost of building bermuda fields and broke the cost into price per square inch. For a donation of $25.31 you can purchase one square inch of field! One square foot of field will cost $303.71. This year we are asking our membership and beyond to purchase a square inch, or two square inches for $50, or as many square inches as you would like!
Each square inch comes with a 2016 St. Paddy’s Day shirt. The first phase will include only two bermuda grass fields with lighting and amenities. This phase will include engineering and site development fees for the site layout and phasing, We will also need to acquire goals, nets, flags, etc., and construct a restroom facility and/or storage shed for equipment.
