Based on requests from parents we have organized a few group training sessions to help players get ready for the upcoming league evaluations and baseball season.

We will have two different small group offerings:
Each Small Group Will Have Max Of 5 Players.

(Please Make Sure To Register For Correct Group)
Machine Pitch - Ages 6-8 
Simulator - Ages 9-12 

Sessions will be 1 hour in length and will all follow the same schedule.

30 min - Instruction
1. Stance - Batting/hitting Stance, getting the right weight distribution which leads to a balance stance.
2. Load - Getting to your load as a hitter means, shifting of weight that allows hitters to start their swing.
3. Stride - This allows/aids a hitter in the timing of a pitch. 
4. Swing - Also known as separating, is the movement which allows hitters to attempt contact of the pitch being thrown.

30 min - Hitting
-6-8 year old players will see pitches from the Machine like used during season
-9-12 year olds will see pitches from simulator which gives feel of hitting off live pitchers
(speeds will be adjusted to best serve group)
