USSF Class Reg. Form

When registering for a USSF class, parents/coaches must fill out a form and mail it to the host club’s contact person. The contact person(s) may be found by visiting VYSA’s website and looking up specific class information. As an example, the current listing of USSF E Class courses, instructors and contacts may be found here.
